How does Krea AI pricing work?
The app runs on compute units. Free gives 100 units a day; Basic is $9 a month for 5,000 units, Pro $35 for 20,000 and Max $105 for 60,000, with 40% off on yearly billing. Monthly units do not roll over, and extra unit packs expire after 90 days. Krea's model guide puts a Nano Banana Pro image at about 100 units and a Seedance 2.0 video at about 300.
The API is billed separately: Krea says a Pro or Max app plan does not cover API calls. You top up a workspace balance with at least $5, there is no monthly minimum, and failed or cancelled jobs are not charged.
Is Krea AI free?
The Free plan is, within its daily allowance of 100 units, which covers roughly one Nano Banana Pro image a day. The API has no free tier. Every new SeedRouter account starts with a small free balance, and SeedRouter credits never expire.
