Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of SeedRouter (seedrouter.ai). By creating an account you accept them. If you are using SeedRouter for a company, you confirm you may accept these terms on its behalf.

The service

SeedRouter gives you one API key that reaches image, video, language and audio models from several vendors, with one request shape and one balance. Which models are available, and at what price, is listed in your dashboard and can change as vendors add, change or retire models.

Your account

You are responsible for everything done with your API key. Keep it secret, rotate it if it leaks, and tell us at [email protected] if you believe your account has been compromised. One person or company per account; do not resell access to your key without a written agreement with us.

Billing

• SeedRouter is prepaid: you top up a balance in USD and each request is charged at the listed price for the model you call.
• You are charged when a result is delivered. A request that fails is not charged.
• Balance is not a deposit and does not earn interest. Unless the law says otherwise, top-ups are non-refundable once spent.
• Prices can change. Changes take effect for requests made after they are published.

Acceptable use

Do not use SeedRouter to break the law, to infringe someone's rights, to generate sexual content involving minors, to impersonate a real person for deception, or to attack the availability or security of our systems. You must also follow the usage rules of the model you call. We may suspend an account that does any of this.

Content

You keep the rights you have in what you send and in what a model returns for you, subject to the model vendor's terms. You are responsible for checking that the output is suitable for your use. You grant us only the permission needed to transmit your request, deliver the result and keep records of the transaction.

Availability and liability

We work to keep SeedRouter available, but we do not promise uninterrupted service, and model vendors can fail or change behaviour without notice. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you spent on SeedRouter in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using SeedRouter at any time and ask for your account to be deleted. We can suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or that we are legally required to close.
