Connect documents with operational data
Transport workflows can combine shipment documents, fleet records and telemetry. Preserve identifiers that connect a document to the right vehicle, trip or reporting period. Define business metrics in the data system before asking a model to answer questions about them.
Build a traceable workflow
Use document extraction as a validation pattern for structured fields, adapting the schema to the actual transport document. Keep source-page references and review mismatched identifiers before importing data.
Use business data queries to translate a question into a reviewable query. Execute calculations in your database and keep the query and result available with the explanation. Use report automation when the output is a recurring report assembled from known data sources.
Check operational meaning
Test duplicated shipment records, late-arriving data, time zones, vehicle aliases and missing documents. Reconcile totals with an analyst's reference result. A valid query can still double-count trips or use the wrong reporting window.
For a combined answer, show which part came from a document and which part came from operational tables. The model should not fill a missing trip or cost value with a plausible estimate.
Confirm the deployment fit
Decide where documents and telemetry may be processed. Regional hosting or self-hosting preferences can determine whether a hosted model API fits the project. This guide does not claim that SeedRouter meets a particular location or offline requirement.
SeedRouter supplies model calls; your systems supply document storage, database access, metrics and permissions. Estimate model costs using current rates and actual input sizes, separately from data processing and review.
