Choose a bounded business task
Start with a deliverable that can be checked before it affects customers: a product-page draft, a campaign email draft or a classification of incoming requests. Prepare approved product facts, tone guidance and examples of acceptable output.
The result should be a reviewable artifact attached to the source product or campaign. A successful model response does not mean that a product listing or email has been published.
Build the workflow
- Read product and campaign data through the permissions of your existing business systems.
- Select only the fields needed for the task and distinguish current facts from missing information.
- Ask the model for a draft with a predictable structure. Keep invented claims, prices and policies out of the accepted output.
- Compare the draft against the source data and send uncertain fields to a person for review.
- Save the approved artifact. Any subsequent publishing action runs through your application's explicitly configured business integration.
Review a concrete record
For a product-page task, keep the SKU, approved materials, dimensions, supplied claims, generated title, generated description and review decision together. If the dimensions are missing, the draft should leave them unresolved rather than produce a plausible number.
An agent may help when it must choose several steps. A fixed workflow can be easier to inspect for a stable sequence. The text model directory supports model selection; n8n, OpenClaw and Hermes Agent are different implementation environments.
Verify the whole task
Check factual accuracy, unsupported claims, repeated execution and the handoff to review. Measure the cost of a completed draft and its revisions using current prices. Do not infer a fixed monthly operating cost from one short call.
SeedRouter supplies model APIs. Access to Shopify, an email platform or another business system must be configured in your own tools; it is not automatically included with an API key.
